To ensure the quality and repeatability of
production, this model is equipped with sub-micron accuracy stepping
motors, anti-vibration machine base, high precision power meter,
highly stable light source, highly stable vacuum holder, and easy
access hot-key control panel. During the manufacturing process,
each step is controlled and monitored by the automatic control system
to assure that the end products have the highest quality with polarization-dependent
loss(PDL) below 0.1dB, excess loss below 0.1dB, and highly accurate
coupling ratios. |
